The dontsink.com main website is a portal for access to the main shopping site (see the middle thumbnail) as well as a classified ads service (bottom thumbnail) and an outsourced insurance service.
The site is designed to appeal to users from a marine background and uses signal flags as it's theme.

dontsink.com - On-line store system
dontsink.com were looking for a sophisticated e-commerce solution that would handle 10,000+ products with ease. They wanted to be able to offer registered users special discounts, be able to issue electronic gift certificates and also benefit from affiliate marketing. The also wanted to be able to integrate with a commercial payment service.
The store is written in PHP and uses a MySQL database to manage the products and variables. The whole store will dynamically change after a user logs in if that user is a trade customer.

As a means of generating visitor traffic to the site, dontsink wanted to offer a free classified advertisements service. This service needed to be customised for a marine orientated audience.
The ads system is PHP based and uses a MySQL database.
